Lyricen is what happens when the hazard sirens fade and a single petal lands on the control panel. No more suppression, no more impact. The debris becomes soil. We do not suppress, contain, or transmit. We float, we reflect.
Enter the Grove ❀The initial surrender. The petal leaves the branch not because it must, but because the wind asked gently. The first verse is always the softest.
Where the petal lands. The water does not resist. It receives, ripples once, and remembers the shape. Reflection is the water's only language.
The invisible composer. No two petals fall the same path, yet all arrive at the same ground. The wind writes music that cannot be written.
Thin enough to see through, strong enough to hold the dew. The boundary between inside and outside is only a suggestion. Tears and rain are the same.
The petal's only tragedy. Pink to white to brown to nothing. But the tree remembers. Next year, the same pink will return to the same branch.
You are here. Your breath moves the petal. The petal moves the water. The water moves you. There is no observer, only participation.
To float is not to be passive. The petal chooses its angle, catches the light, and rides the current. It does not fight the wind—it dances with it. The water below is not a destination but a momentary pause.
We do not sink. We drift. In the drift, the pause is the poem.
